Welcome
I work in collaboration with children, young people and the adults who support them to understand what’s holding them back. When we can’t see the blockers, our goals can feel impossible. This is a calm, relational space to explore the “why”, clear the path, and grow into your true worth.
Who I Support
Young People
I work with young people who don’t feel they fit within the educational system, including those with neurodivergent profiles, behavioural and relationship challenges, or anxiety, by creating a safe, relational and gently challenging coaching space that strengthens peer and adult relationships, builds self‑awareness and supports emotional regulation, so they can move towards a future they feel proud of.
Parents, Carers & Supporting Adults
I work with parents, carers and supporting adults who feel unsure how to help a young person who doesn’t feel they fit within the educational system, including those with neurodivergent profiles, behavioural and relationship challenges, or anxiety, by offering a calm, relational coaching space that supports their own wellbeing, builds clarity and confidence, and provides practical strategies, so they can support that young person with steadiness, compassion and consistency.
Leaders & Practitioners (Supervision)
I provide reflective supervision for leaders who hold complex responsibilities and people‑focused work, by creating a psychologically safe, values‑led space that supports their own welfare, strengthens relational skill and deepens presence, so they can lead with confidence, integrity and a whole‑person approach.
A Little About Me
I’m Tracey Croucher‑Clark, wife to Michele for the past four years, and mum to a 23-year-old son who’s finding his feet in the working world (and now has a girlfriend… honestly, where did that time go?).
I’ve spent over 28 years in the public sector, supporting people through challenge, change, and growth. That experience shaped the heart of The Compass Coach: grounded, ethical, relational work that meets people exactly where they are.
I facilitate workshops and webinars on coaching topics, and have recently stepped into public speaking, something I’ve wanted to do for over ten years. I love sharing ideas that help people feel more confident and connected in their work. I’m also training to deliver safeguarding training for adults who support children and young people, deepening my commitment to safe, ethical practice in every setting I work in.
Life outside work is full and exciting. I share my days with Mouse, our Bengal cat with a big personality, and Elsa, our beloved Elgrand camper, always ready for adventure. When I’m not working shifts, you’ll usually find me outdoors in the countryside, binoculars in hand, or trailing behind Bella, my mother-in-law’s Jack Russell, who insists on sniffing absolutely everything.
Being outside has always been my happy place. As The Compass Coach has grown through 2025, my exercise routine has slipped a little, so 2026 is my year to bring that balance back. Fresh air, good company, and honest conversation are where I feel most energised — the same energy and openness I bring into my coaching practice.
