Who supports the people who support everyone else?
Reflective supervision for coaches, leaders and practitioners.
Supporting others can be rewarding, demanding and, sometimes, lonely.
When you're the person everyone turns to, where do you go when you need space to think?
Supervision offers a safe, confidential space to pause, explore challenges, gain fresh perspectives and reconnect with your confidence, values and purpose.
Because supporting others shouldn't mean doing it alone.
New Group Supervision Cohorts – January 2027
Two reflective supervision groups, offering coaches and leaders a dedicated space to think, explore challenges and develop their practice alongside others.
The programme includes:
Six 90-minute sessions over six months
Small groups of no more than six participants
A confidential, supportive and gently challenging environment
Opportunities for shared learning, reflection and professional development
Investment: £300 for the full six-month programme.
This is a commitment to all six sessions. The total works out at £50 per session, with flexible payment arrangements available.
Group supervision for coaches
For coaches looking for regular reflective supervision, connection and opportunities to deepen their practice.
Group supervision for leaders
For leaders who would benefit from a confidential space to reflect on their leadership, explore challenges and learn alongside others.
Organisations interested in providing supervision for their leadership teams are also welcome to get in touch to discuss their needs.
Individual Supervision
Sometimes you need a space that's entirely your own.
One-to-one supervision offers dedicated time to explore your practice, professional relationships, dilemmas and development, at your own pace.
New Group Supervision Cohorts — January 2027
I'm welcoming expressions of interest for two new supervision groups starting in January: one for coaches and one for leaders.
Each group will have just six places, creating a space where everyone has the opportunity to be heard, supported and challenged.
