Compass Set to Awesome - 1:1 Youth Coaching (6 Week Programme)

This 6 week programme offers focused, grounded 1:1 coaching for young people experiencing confidence challenges, anxiety, low engagement, emotional overwhelm or difficulties at school or home. Each weekly session provides a calm, safe space to explore feelings, understand the ‘why’ behind behaviours and build tools for clearer thinking and stronger self‑belief.
Sessions blend creative activities, reflective conversations, movement and strengths‑based coaching, always at the young person’s pace. The focus is on uncovering blockers first, then building confidence, resilience, communication skills and a stronger sense of identity.

Youth Coaching Programme - For Schools & Youth Organisations
A reflective, experiential coaching programme designed to support young people in building confidence, emotional resilience and self‑awareness.
This 6 week group programme is tailored for small cohorts of students facing challenges such as anxiety, low engagement, poor attendance or fear of failure. Through creative exercises, movement, peer feedback and reflective journaling, students explore their strengths, set meaningful goals and develop the confidence to navigate obstacles.
Each session builds on the last, covering themes such as resilience, bravery, passion and accountability, all within a safe, brave space that encourages openness, trust and emotional growth. Young people also learn how to listen without interruption, respect different perspectives and communicate with more awareness and care.
The programme ends with a celebration of progress, with feedback shared among peers and staff.
