Our Ethical Approach to Investment
All investment figures listed are intended as guidance. At The Compass Coach, accessibility is a core value, coaching should never be out of reach because of financial barriers.
To honour this, we operate a values‑led, ethical pricing approach:
• Corporate organisations, who are in a position to contribute a little more are warmly invited to do so. This additional investment directly supports access to coaching for the public sector, particularly Education and the charity sector, where budgets are often stretched but the need for high‑quality development is significant.
• Public sector and charity organisations are encouraged to enquire about tailored costings. We offer flexible payment options, adjusted rates, and programme variations based on organisational size, location, and the nature of your work.
This approach ensures fairness, sustainability, and genuine social impact, enabling coaching to reach the people and sectors who benefit from it most

1:1 Coaching for Adults to explore ‘What’s holding me back’
A calm, reflective space for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step — and want to understand what’s holding them back before moving forward with clarity and confidence.
This coaching is for people who know they’re capable, but something isn’t quite clicking. They may feel lost, drained, disconnected from themselves, or caught in unhelpful patterns. Together, we explore the ‘why’ beneath the surface — the beliefs, pressures, and internal blockers that quietly shape how they think, feel, and show up.
Across our sessions, we work gently but purposefully to rebuild confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect them with your values, strengths, and direction. Every session is tailored, relational, and grounded in ethical, reflective practice.
What this coaching supports
• Feeling stuck or unsure of your next step
• Low confidence or self-belief
• Overthinking, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue
• People-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-doubt
• Life transitions, career crossroads, or identity shifts
• Wanting to understand yourself more deeply
What the sessions look like
Each session blends reflective conversation, creative tools, values exploration, and gentle challenge — always at the client’s pace. We focus on uncovering the blockers first, then building the clarity, confidence, and direction needed to move forward.
Investment
You can choose between flexible pay‑as‑you‑go sessions or a more cost‑effective programme:
• £85 per session
• £425 for a 6‑session programme (One session is free — a saving of £85)
The 6‑session programme offers continuity, deeper reflection, and a clear arc of growth, making it the most supportive and cost‑effective option.
Coach Supervision
A Supportive Space for Professional Coaches
Coaching is powerful work — and holding space for others requires a place where you can pause, reflect, and grow. Coach Supervision offers exactly that: a calm, confidential environment where you can explore your practice, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your professional identity.
This is not about scrutiny. It’s about support, nourishment, and development. A space where you can bring the real stories behind your coaching — the successes, the challenges, the questions, and the moments that stay with you — and work through them with a trained, ethical, and compassionate supervisor-in-training.
Supervision helps you
• Reflect on your coaching practice with clarity and confidence
• Strengthen your ethical decision-making
• Explore what’s influencing your work beneath the surface
• Maintain your wellbeing and resilience
• Grow your skills, presence, and professional impact
• Ensure you’re offering the very best to your clients
It’s a space to breathe, to be honest, and to reconnect with the heart of why you coach.
