I'm an accredited executive coach and qualified coach supervisor with over 28 years of experience supporting people through challenge, change and growth.
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, valued and that they belong. Whether I'm working with a young person finding their confidence, a parent navigating uncertainty or a leader carrying the weight of responsibility, my approach is the same: warm, honest, curious and gently challenging.
